BOOKING CONFIRMATION

  • All transportation services must be booked and confirmed in advance.

  • Guests are required to provide accurate flight information when booking airport transfers.

  • Any additional stops between the airport and final destination must be requested and approved in advance.

  • Please confirm your booking with your driver the day before your service.

Arrival Instructions

  • On the day of travel, message your driver once you have boarded your flight.

  • After collecting your luggage and exiting the airport terminal, turn left and proceed to the third or fourth brown bench on the right.

  • Do not cross the street.

  • Once you are ready for pickup, contact your driver for final pickup instructions.

Airport Transfers

  • Airport transfer services can accommodate a maximum of 3 passengers with luggage.

  • Passenger capacity may be reduced if traveling with oversized or excessive luggage.

  • Groups exceeding the vehicle's capacity cannot be accommodated.

Tours

  • Private tours can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

  • Tour groups may consist of adults, children, or a combination of both.

Flight Delays

  • We monitor flight arrivals whenever possible.

  • If your flight is delayed, please notify your driver as soon as possible so that pickup arrangements can be adjusted.

Accessibility

  • Vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair lifts or ramps.

  • Guests who require lift-assisted boarding or specialized mobility equipment should be aware that these accommodations are not currently available.

  • Folding wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids may be accommodated only if they fit safely within the vehicle's available luggage space.

Child Safety Seats

  • Child safety seats are not provided. Guests requiring a child safety seat must make their own arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be cancelled without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to the full service charge.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including flight details, arrival times, and contact information.

  • Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or missed pickups.
