How many passengers can the vehicle accommodate?

For regular transportation and tours, the vehicle accommodates up to 6 adults.

For airport transfers, the vehicle accommodates up to 3 adults plus luggage.

Is the vehicle licensed and insured?

Yes. The vehicle is fully licensed and insured for your safety and peace of mind.

Is the vehicle wheelchair accessible?

At this time, the vehicle is not wheelchair accessible, and we are unable to accommodate guests requiring specialized accessibility equipment.

Do you provide child car seats?

No. Child car seats are not currently available. Guests requiring child safety seats should bring their own.

Can I bring my pet?

No. Pets are not permitted in the vehicle.

How do I confirm my reservation?

Guests are required to confirm their reservation at least 24 hours before their scheduled service. Reservations that are not confirmed may not be guaranteed.

For airport pickups, guests should also confirm their departure details the evening before arrival.

How do I notify my driver that I have arrived at the airport?

Once you have landed and connected to your mobile data or the complimentary airport Wi-Fi, please send a message to let us know you have arrived.

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards.

We do not accept American Express or traveler's checks.

Cash payments must be made in Bahamian dollars (BSD) or U.S. dollars (USD).

Payment is due upon arrival.
